To survive in today’s threat landscape, we adopt a relentless attacker’s mindset.  Our teams of elite, ethical hackers allow us to continuously uncover emerging vulnerabilities through autonomous red teaming and identity-centric pentesting. This level of rigor requires more than just technical certification. It requires grit, discipline, and the ability to operate under pressure. That is why today, I am proud to formally announce that SOFTwarfare is an authorized industry partner of the **DoW SkillBridge program**. **The Mission Fit:** This partnership is not a pivot; it is a tactical evolution. We are committed to providing "Heartland-tough" security — 100% made in the USA and mission-ready for the nation's most critical infrastructures. To maintain that standard, we need people who inherently understand what is at stake. We are incredibly proud to welcome transitioning service members into our organization. The DoD SkillBridge program bridges that divide, allowing Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience during their final 180 days of service.
